Colleen Love is not involved in the day to day Sales organisation but is devoted to giving Managers on the Gold Coast any support they may require.  On the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Cairns our agents have the same dedication to assisting their clients.

Colleen also organises fornightly lunches on the Gold Coast  which provide a great opportunity to get away and relax while keeping up-to-date with the local industry.  Regular (usually monthly) golf days are another opportunity to relax and mingle.

Some of the areas that Colleen's expertise covers are:

1. Assist managers with the PAMD 20a (Agreement with Owners)

2. Assist with computer entries and disbursement of funds following monthly balances

3. Explanation of laws and regulations regarding eviction of tenants where necessary, rent arrears and other problems associated with long term tenants.

4. Assist with marketing of holiday or permanent complexes.

5. Nomination of suitable ex-managers to fill in when managers require a weekend off or for holidays.

6. Arrange meetings with other managers on an ad hoc basis for support.

7. Emotional support as necessary.
