I have been involved with the Management Rights industry on the Gold Coast for over 20 years.  Initially working for a developer setting up management rights in some of the early high rise buildings.  In 1983, with my husband Don, I purchased the first of the five management rights we have operated in various locations in the area over the period.

I have been a licensed real estate agent for many years and a member of the REIQ since 1986.  In 1994 I co-ordinated the GCIT Management Rights Course.  Between 1996 - 1999 I was a presenter at courses run by GCIT and REIQ.  I have assisted many new managers with their transition into the role particularly with trust accounting requirements and office systems.
