Prior to operating our own Management Rights building for 3 years and
previously managing various buildings on the Gold and Sunshine Coasts, my
background has been in finance and banking along with general insurance.
This included the successful ownership & operation of a mortgage franchise
in New Zealand. |

Operating different
sized buildings for someone else, then operating a building of our own has
certainly given me a good understanding of the management rights industry.
My previous experience has also given me an understanding of accounts,
profitability, lending criteria & business development. |
