My wife and I entered the Management Rights
scene in late 1996 with the purchase of a permanent let complex in Surfers
Paradise. |
|
During this time we achieved the coveted REIQ
award of "MANAGER OF THE YEAR" for 1998. Also secured "FINALIST OF
THE YEAR" for 1999. |
|
Moving into a holiday letting on Chevron
Island, we came to grips with all aspects of a holiday building and
enjoyed it immensely. Again we secured REIQ "FINALIST OF THE YEAR"
for 2000. |
|
Purchasing San Delles at Palm Beach off the plan in May 2002, I gained an
enormous wealth of experience that I can pass on to all my clients at
Property Pacific. |
