My role is to provide ongoing support to our
Resident Manager clients. Bob and I believe that support is an
essential service for both new and experienced Managers and take this role
very seriously. I can provide
assistance in all facets of the business ranging from understanding the
legislative requirements, dealing with guests and owners, through to the
simple but necessary need to relax. I know the industry and I
understand how important it is to have someone to call for a little help
when required. |
