I have been in the Management Rights industry
since 1981 when I bought my first Management Rights building in Surfers
Paradise. Since then Colleen and I, between us, have owned and
operated many buildings from a managers point of view.
I first began selling Management Rights in
1988, becoming a partner of Property Pacific in 1995, then in 1996 Colleen
and I took over as Principals. Since then Property Pacific has grown
from strength to strength, mainly because of hard working and reliable
staff and a philosophy of honest and dedicated efforts in helping valued
